Step by step instructions
- Slide a knife around the ripe avocado and gently halve it. Be careful not to grip the fruit too hard, which will bruise it.
- Using the heel of the knife, gently knock the stone and ease this from the flesh.
- Cut the avocado into 2cm / 0.79inch-thick wedges and carefully pull away the skin with your fingers.
- Now, place the peeled avocado cut side down on the board and cut into fine cubes.
