Description

Step by step instructions
- Using the serrated utility knife, cut the crown off the pineapple. Then slice off the other end.
- Then, place the pineapple upright on the board and remove the outer peel in even, sawing motions. Remove any brown spots.
- Now, halve the pineapple and quarter it. Use the knife to remove the hard core.
