Step by step instructions

  1. Lay the soft, pre-cooked octopus on a board and check that it is fully cooked.
  2. Cut out the individual tentacles. Cut off the head; the middle, with the beak, is not for consumption.
  3. Scrape the red skin off the surface of the tentacles. The suckers remain on the tentacles.
  4. Remove the innards from the head and scrape off the red skin. Then, cut into small pieces.
