Step by step instructions
- Lay the soft, pre-cooked octopus on a board and check that it is fully cooked.
- Cut out the individual tentacles. Cut off the head; the middle, with the beak, is not for consumption.
- Scrape the red skin off the surface of the tentacles. The suckers remain on the tentacles.
- Remove the innards from the head and scrape off the red skin. Then, cut into small pieces.
