Tasty venison spread
Ingredients for 4 persons:
150 g venison meat from the saddle, off the bone
freshly ground salt
freshly ground pepper
30 ml apricot kernel oil
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
Dice the venison with a sharp knife and cut finely. Season the venison with salt and pepper and combine with the cranberry sauce, mustard, horseradish and oil.
My serving recommendation: With pickled veg and rye bread.
